Any of its business divisions and/or its subsidiaries, associate companies or subsidiaries to subsidiaries or such other investment companies reserve their respective rights to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. Acceptable Website Use
(A) Security Rules:
Visitors are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Web site, including, without limitation: They are accessing data not intended for such User or logging into a server or account which the User is not authorized to access. Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus or “Trojan horse” to the Website, overloading, “flooding,” “mailbombing,” or “crashing.” They are sending unsolicited electronic mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The business and/or its associate entities will have the right to investigate occurrences that they suspect as involving such violations and will have the right to involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.
(B) General Rules:
Visitors may not use the Web Site in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material: That could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or violate any applicable law or regulation in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity of other personal rights of others. That is libelous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful.
Liability
User agrees that neither Company nor its group companies, directors, officers, or employee shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/, and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of User’s transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.
User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to User, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall the Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, related to the cause of action.
Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
FAST RO SERVICE does not and will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, for any reason, at any time. FAST RO SERVICE uses and discloses your personal information only to analyze site usage and improve the service; to deliver to you any administrative notices and communications relevant to your use of the service; to third-party contractors that provide services to FAST RO SERVICE and are bound by these same privacy restrictions.
Important Notice
- Service Charge of Rs. 349/- for domestic RO Water Purifier.
- After repair services of RO Water Purifier visit charge/service charge valid for one week of the billing date.
- Any other parts not including in Service Charge.
- If the technician visits the destination and customer cancel or deny to do the work then, visit charge Rs. 200/-will be applicable.
- Warranty 2 Months for Electrical parts in RO Water Purifier.
- Annual Maintenance Contract period will be 12, 24, or 36 months.
- Membrane, Sediment filter, Carbon Filter one-time change under AMC per year basis.
- RO Cabinet, Tap, and other plastic parts are not covered under AMC.
- Three Periodical services on demand.
- Any additional visit free of cost during AMC by intimation.
- The price of AMC may be increased according to the water purifier’s actual conditions and their uses.
- The contract is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- No refund or filter romoval will be accepted after changing all filters and breaking the new seal.
- If you book any complain for your AMC service, we will attend within 24-48hrs or update you in Call/ WhatsApp if any situation occur beyond control.
- The full amount has to be paid in advance for AMC.
- The Fast RO Service (www.fastroservice.in) is a Multi Brand/Model RO Service Center in Kolkata, and is an independent service center. We undertake job work of Service, AMC & Maintenance of all leading brands/Models of water purifiers in Kolkata. It is responsible for these and has no relation to the parent company.
- All subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
Terms and Conditions for RO Rent
1. Rental Agreement: By renting the RO water purifier, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Rental Period: The rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the date of retrieval as specified in your order.
3. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. This deposit will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the purifier.
4. Rental Fees: You are responsible for paying the rental fees as per the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional charges.
5. Maintenance and Care: You are responsible for maintaining the purifier in good condition during the rental period. Any damage or malfunction due to negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.
6. Delivery and Retrieval: We will provide delivery and retrieval services as per your order. You must ensure that someone is available at the specified location during the scheduled times.
7. Usage Guidelines: The purifier should be used only for its intended purpose and according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Any misuse may lead to damages not covered by the security deposit.
8. Return Conditions: The purifier should be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories included. Any missing or damaged items will be subject to additional charges.
9. Cancellation You can cancel your rental order within a specified time frame, subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this period may incur additional charges.
10. Liability: We are not responsible for any health issues, damages, or inconveniences arising from the use of the water purifier. It is your responsibility to ensure the purifier meets your water purification needs.
11. Rental Extension: If you wish to extend the rental period, you must notify us in advance and obtain approval. Extension availability is subject to prior bookings.
12. Warranty: The water purifier comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. If it malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect during the rental period, we will arrange for repair or replacement as per the warranty terms.
13. Cleaning and Sanitization: The water purifier is cleaned and sanitized before each rental. It is your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the purifier during the rental period. Failure to do so may result in cleaning charges.
14. Loss or Theft: In the event of loss or theft of the water purifier during the rental period, you are liable for the replacement cost, which may exceed the security deposit.
15. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays or failures in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
16. Privacy Policy: We collect and store personal information for the purpose of fulfilling your rental order. Our privacy policy outlines how this information is used and protected.
17. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through legal action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
18. Termination of Rental: We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retrieve the water purifier at any time if there is a breach of these terms and conditions.
19. Insurance: We recommend that you have appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any unforeseen incidents, such as accidents or theft, during the rental period.
20. Feedback and Reviews: We may request feedback or reviews from you regarding your rental experience. By submitting feedback or reviews, you grant us the right to use this information for marketing purposes.
Terms and Conditions for AMC
1. Under this Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), Fast RO Service undertakes to maintain your product used at the address registered with us.
(i) This contract provides for free replacement of consumable and periodical service to the product as below

2. In case AMC has not been renewed within one month of expiry, the customer will have to pay Rs. 350/- as service charge + cost of spare if any.
3. The water purifier should be made available for servicing to the RO Technician. Failure to do so will be treated as a service rendered and no refund shall accrue on this visit.
4. Every visit by our service technician will be made within reasonable time from receipt of complaint and will attend during normal working hours only. No visit will however be made during Sundays or Holidays.
5. The liability of Fast RO Service shall be limited to providing service and replacing parts as covered by this contract and shall not be liable for any damage, death, injuries or any consequential damage of whatsoever nature to any person or property, by use or operation of the purifier. Fast RO Service shall not be responsible for any damage caused to the machine due to flood, fire, riot, accident, breakage, improper or negligent use, tempering, leakage from pipes, voltage fluctuations etc and normal wear and tear is expected.
6. In order to enable Fast RO service to discharges its obligation under this contract, the customer shall not shift the installation from the original address. In default, Fast RO Service shall not be obliged to perform its obligation under this contract. In case of change of address we shall charge Rs. 600/- extra as shifting/ re-installation charges at the new address.
7. Service under this contract exclude the following:
(i). Painting of body, top and bottom.
(ii). chrome plating of the nuts and bolts and other decorative materials.
8. AMC contract charges are 100% payable in advance by cash or demand draft drawn in favour of Fast RO Service.
9. In the event of complaint, please quote your home, address and the contract number.
10. This contract sets out all terms and conditions of which Fast RO Service agrees to service the and cancels and supersedes all prior agreements, undertakings of arrangements, oral or written between the parties on the subject matter.
11. Fast RO Service has the option to terminate the service contract if purifier is serviced/repaired by any party other than authorized technician or in case change of ownership. Our liability shall be limited to the above quoted customer and shall mot apply or extend to any secondary or subsequent sale of the said purifier.
12. Fast RO Service will not be responsible/ liable for any defects arising from misuse, negligence accident and damage caused during shifting or transportation.
13. All mentioned Prices/Rates subject to revise with out any prior intimation.
14. Fast RO Service is not responsible to send you any reminder or any such communication to intimate the expiry or renewal of the contract. the date of renewing rests with the customer.
15. This contract is not terminable before the expiry or nor transferable in the event of resale/gift to any other person. This contract is not transferable from one place to other place (valid within Kolkata).
16. The Annual Maintenance Contract is non-renewable. New Plans are issued to replace the expired Plan.The company in not obligated to offer a new service plan when the current plan expires.
17. Product should be in working condition at the time of purchase of an Annual Maintenance Contract. The customer shall pay the necessary charges in the first instance for rendering the product so workable, for which the company will submit an estimate for approval.
18. The product shall not have any open complaint at the given point or one week before the purchase of the contract.
19. The company may cancel this contract at any time during its Term for reasons including, but not limited to, misuse of the product or unauthorised modifications to the product or any breach of the terms herein.
20. The Terms and Conditions of this contract are subject to change at the company’s discretion without any notice.
